Vodacom Fibre nightmare

I honestly don't think this network takes its customers seriously. First they failed to hold their end of the deal I had with them last year, which resorted to my name being tarnished at the credit bureau, I'm still awaiting them to fix the matter. Now, My internet has been off Since Sunday, 20 June. I reported the matter on Monday and Wednesday... Still nothing has been communicated, no update whatsoever. This is the most *********** company of all time! The worst...
