Vodacom Fibre Network

I had a Telkom Fibre contract in PTA east for 2 years, problems were very rare. We recently moved to a suburb bordering our old one and the only fibre network in this area is a Vodacom network. There are many ISP's to choose from who ***gy back off the Vodacom network, who you choose is irrelevant as all roads lead back to Vodacom. The connection drops everyday on a periodic basis. Some days are worse than others. We've been living here for 6 months now and have had multiple days where we have no connection at all. Our ISP is 'Cool Ideas' and they are pretty much helpless to assist as the issue is constantly on Vodacoms end. We've called to complain about connection dropping and it never gets sorted.

I would not recommend Vodacom Fibre. And once again you could choose a different ISP but if they use the Vodacom network then you are in the same boat regardless.
