Vodacom Fibre Monopoly in Kibler Park, Johannesburg

Vodacom has recently (December 2018) installed fibre internet lines in Kibler Park, Johannesburg. Vodacom told me that we can only use them (Vodacom) as a service provider for fibre internet. I am currently using Vox Telecom as a DSL internet service provider. I am interested in a 100/100 mbps fibre internet service. Vodacom wants me to pay R 1599.00 per month, whilst my current service provider will provide the exact same service for R 1239.00 per month. A whopping R 360.00 extra for NOTHING EXTRA. I am unhappy with the monopolistic behaviour of Vodacom and secondly the huge extra costs for nothing extra. I would like to be able to use the service provider of my choice, and not be forced to use a company that has this kind of behaviour. If for instance, Vumatel install fibre lines, you can use the service provider of your choice - not the case with Vodacom.
