Vodacom Fibre Loads Shedding Meltdown

How is it possible that you have thousands of clients paying you millions per month but you are not able to keep our Fibre and Cell Network up when we have load shedding???

We invest in our infrastructure to keep our technology up during load shedding if you are not able to do the same I expect a reduction in my monthly cost (Fibre) if you can not keep my services up during this time. Complete BS!
