Vodacom fibre line not working since Sunday

We have no had internet connection since sunday. The fibre is not working. I called on Tuesday and the operator said they will assign a technician, to this day there hasn't been any correspondence. This is quite funny because we pay without hesitancy but when we are supposed to be helped they are not coming to the party.
