Vodacom Fibre line down multiple days with no indication of when it will be resolved

I have Fibre internet via a infrastructure managed by Vodacom, but with Vox as the ISP. I use the connection to work from home. On 07 June 2021 a truck drove over the poorly installed Fibre point on the verge, crushing the housing and bringing the Fibre link down for the entire side of our street. With Vox as the ISP, we have had to log multiple calls with them for the incident, but they are still not able to give any estimate of when the connectivity will be resolved, as they are reliant on Vodacom fibre to provide feedback and instruct a sub-contractor to assess and repair the point. Please can an agent trace this call and check that everything is being done by Vodacom to restore the connectivity - it is vital that they understand that the problem requires an experienced Fibre communications technician on site to restore the connectivity point.
