Vodacom Fibre is Useless - Try Telkom or Mtn

I have been waiting over a month for vodacom to install fibre at my premises. I have phoned their customer service centre 4 times in the last month and get the same response from their staff " your query has been resolved and it will take 5 days for them to install", no communication and no installation ever. Vodacom is useless, imagine how long it will take for them to fix issues after fibre is installed, rather get other options from Telkom or Mtn.
