vodacom fibre is useless stay away

My fibre down since 3 June. I have called 9 times and have proof. I got told on 4 June that Vodacom line is fine and so is Metro Fibre to date nobody has called me back and nobody has come to my house. what more must i do and how much more patient must i be. i have also sent a mail to complaints but i am the one who is out of pocket because i have to keep buying data
