Vodacom fibre is the worst thing on this planet

Our Vodacom fibre has been down since Friday, 24th March. After numerous calls to vodacom and false promises of sending a technician, nothing has been done. We are a business here and we are suffering without any access to internet. It is month end, any business relies mostly on internet to get their month end done. I am sick and tired of Vodacom.
