Vodacom fibre is the worst

This is too much. For 8 days now, WiFi not working. I’ve been calling them since day 1. Supposedly the job would be allocated to someone else within 48 hours and I would get a technician contacting me but until today. This is pathetic Vodacom. @vodacom this is unacceptable. I think it’s time I throw loyalty out the window and ditch the red VIP package nonsense. My kids are writing exams like this is not the time to be frustrating someone not like this. The worst part is when you’re tossed from pillar to post everytime you ****** call them. Hay shame I’ve had it. There are surely companies out there that do better than you.
