Vodacom Fibre is the worst.

Vodacom Fibre service provider is the worst choice anyone could ever make. The sales consultants are good at selling you false hope that you made the right choice. I had to fight for more than a month to get my Fibre router delivered just because Vodacom made errors with my home address. Even after talking to 6 consultants of which all sang the same lie “we will escalate your matter” I only received my router after a month only because I wanted to cancel. The router was delivered and guess what, I find out that the fibre line was never activated and the fibre router network is also not activated. Now I have to fight yet another losing battle to get it activated. I am told that I need to wait for 72 hours (working days) till the matter is sorted out. Same thing I called in to cancel, that’s only when I am told that my matter will be prioritised. I don’t understand how such a big company could offer the worst service yet it is still highly recommended.

Reviewer Update
I have had enough of the lies from Vodacom and all I want is just to cancel the fibre and get a better offer because this is ridiculous. Vodacom does not take its customers seriously and this is pure disrespect because we are being treated like we are crazy. I was told to wait for 72 hours to get my fibre line and router activated, today I received calls from two Vodacom consultants who claimed to assist me with the activation and both never called back. I had to now pick up my phone log yet another ridiculous call where I was told that my matter will be escalated which I know will never be escalated. At this point Vodacom should just retire and allow new service providers who know how to treat customers right to step in. I don’t want to hear anything about the activation I just want to cancel.
