Vodacom Fibre Is *****ing From Paying Clients

I sent my first email on the 13th of February 2020 asking that my standard generated invoice for my Vodacom Fibre Account/Service No. I*** be re-evaluated. This is due to the fact that for the month of January and February my Fibre had been off more than what it was working. This was apart from the fact that there was loadshedding. I clearly stated that while our electricity was on, we had no fibre on most occasions.

On the 18th of February, I actually phoned the Vodacom Fibre number/department, and spoke to a consultant, who could see on the system concerning my inquiry/re-evaluation request, and that is was still pending. I was given this reference number, SR*** to use for future reference.

During this week, on the 26th of February, I sent an email again, requesting feedback on my reference number and original email. I received an automated response stating that the specific SR has been closed.

Until this very moment, I have not received a single phone call, email or any type of correspondence from Vodacom's Fibre department. My Invoice is supposed to be paid by the end of today/tomorrow as the Invoice is due. So if I make payment, they get their full amount, which I believe is theft, because I am being charged for a service I have NOT received - to which I might add that I have sent countless inquiries as to the state of my line when it comes to speed, and delays. I have with emails also attached photos in which clear tests were run at different times of the day.

If I do not pay my Invoice, then my service will most probably be suspended, and I will have to take the time to phone again, complain again, and at the end of the day need to pay the full amount to have my fibre re-instated.

This is pathetic and *********, it is shocking that a company in the service industry can treat, or actually mistreat their paying clients in such a way.

To make it worse, all the residents of this specific are where we live, are forced to use Vodacom as the Fibre provider, as they have disallowed any other company to have stations and allow individuals such as myself to use another network/company/provider.

And then they don't even have the decency to speak to clients who are unhappy and dissatisfied.

I would like to take this further to the Ombudsman as well. But I hope that writing this review on HelloPeter, will find me the solution I requested almost 3 weeks ago.
