VODACOM FIBRE IS *******...STAY AWAY

I applied for fibre .... application was approved ...the following day im receiving an *** that there's no coverage and application not to be continued with...the next thing they come deliver this same router thats written big NO COVERAGE....next thing its my problem now to run up and down in the rain to return this router....they never even communicated pick up date for wrong delivery....i made multiple calls to ask when they gonna come take product and i was told to wait for Fibre department to call me.... up until i got fone call when courier is at the gate....guys pls lets do our jobs we get paid for professionally so...coz all this service i received was ******* to be honest .....
