Vodacom Fibre is a ****!

My Vodacom Fibre Line was installed more than a month ago. I have been waiting over a Month for my new Router to be delivered. I have been phoning every day and been told that this matter is being escalated etc. I have spoken to every sales agent you have! Jason, Aldrio, Warren, Paul Vidi, Surike, Adell and Suziswe.... every one of them give you empty promises. As a Red Client this is unacceptable!
