Vodacom fibre is a joke!!!!!!!

I have had Vodacom fibre for over 5 years now. The preformance has been generally acceptable up until April 2024. While I was away on business I had the fibre drop for 5 days. Net result was I wanted to cancel my contract and I had to buy data for my family so they stay in contact and attend online study courses.

Somehow post this mess up they cancelled my contract so I had to take out a new contract with them. One would imagine that this would solve all my problems. NO!! This week their service provider VUMATEL cancelled the fibre line. I have now had to buy more data for the same reason while I patiently wait for Vodacom to sort the issue out......

Vodacom fibre is a joke!!

Then I phone the call centre and speak to the supervisor Ilhaam Mallick from the fibre call centre and all of a sudden they can only fix the problem after I take photo of the fibre box that is indide the house and mail it to them. Oh joy love the competence level!!!
