Vodacom Fibre internet off for 3 days no ETA
My Fibre went off friday during the morning and i called tech department at Vodacom Fibre twice but they have no ETA today my internet is still offline. Whats going on, I went from Telkom as they were horrible and the service went off the whole time but whats going on Vodacom Fibre??? The red LOS light is still on at my ONT????? I have reset a million time by turning of the power and back on give me feedback and and ETA PLEASE!!
