Vodacom fibre installation without approval

12 June 2019, two of your field agents visitited my house in Braam Pretorius Street Magalieskruin. I’ve now realised just how sly Vodacom actually is.

I’ve filled in appliecation forms for fibre installation, but I told the agent who’s name is Warren, that I also want to have a look at other service providers as well. He said that I don’t have to worry because I will need to send my bank statements in any case to be approved first. So I never sent my statements!!!!!! The next week, I get a package from a courier and it is a vodacom router. I just left it, and told everybody not to open the box because I’m not going to use it.

Tell me… who the hell approved my statements if I didn’t send any? This is a legal matter, I will not pay for any service whatsoever. Open Serve came here a few days ago, they installed there box. Now that I want Mweb to be my service provider they can’t because Vodamcom won’t release it into some pool. This is absolute nonsence and I cannot believe what is happening.

Obviously I want the cheapest service, Mweb is cheaper than Vodacom, I don’t want Vodacom and will not pay a sent for a service I haven’t even used or one that hasn’t even been approved.

The field agents simply don’t answer their phones, unrelieable!!!! Just like the company that they word for.

If you have any decency, please reply and confirm who on highest level I can speak to to resolve this matter.
