Vodacom Fibre Installation Contractors

Vodacom's contractors are currently installing fibre in the road that I live in, They have not compacted their trenches which are going to subside and leave a furrow along my verge which will make it difficult for my lawnmower to traverse. They have left my driveway covered with soil. I spoke to the contractors on site supervisor. At first he co-operated then later he refused to do anything and challenged me to make a complaint to Vodacom if I am unhappy. So Vodacom here is the start of my compliant. Next will be the local building inspector and then after that the local press and so on until you get your contractor back here to clean up his mess and compact the trenches properly so that I don't have a furrow on my verge. You are putting fibre in my road because presumably you want to sell fibre services to me and my neighbours. How do you expect that you are going to be able to sell me fibre services when your contractor is behaving badly and leaving me to clean up his mess?
