Vodacom Fibre Incompetence

Request upon request, day after day, Vodacom's Fibre support staff make promises to resolve my issue with their connectivity. There have been no less than 6 tickets, 4 speedtests, 3 calls, and 2 emails sent to their support staff to escalate the issue. No one has contacted me despite numerous promises to do so. The issue still persists, and Vodacom is stalling every step of the way. I pay for a 100mb up and down symmetrical line, yet between the hours of 7pm and 12am, I'm lucky if I manage to get less than 400 ping and more than 3mbps connectivity. The connection is borderline unusable, and they have been made aware of the issue over and over again. Nothing is drawing to a close. 2 weeks later I've not had a single person contact me. Can anyone assist me with how I can either reach someone in management with both the authority and power at their disposal to resolve this or alternatively cancel my contract with Vodacom Fibre, as well as reverse any costs to my account? Surely this must be a breach of contract on their behalf, not only failing to provide the internet service (or anywhere within a reasonable margin of such), but also failing to provide any means of support whatsoever. My daily tickets when the issue arises are also being removed from their web portal, making issues impossible to track.

Dear support team,

The issue still persists, and no one has made contact with me via email, phone call, or otherwise. 4 more days have passed since my complaint on Hello Peter, and 4 more support tickets have been submitted but to no avail. This is ********** customer service. Please supply my line to your CEO and see how long he'd be happy to use his own product in its current state.
