Vodacom Fibre : How to get captured in bad service and not be able to get out to an other supplier

The estate where I live has limited fibre services providers. Vodacom had a good offer and because my company did previous business with them I decided to extent the services to a fibre internet connection.

Nteba Letsoalo came to my house we filled the forms and a day later I received a notice of the service to happen but dont be fooled by the speed. I started to follow up. Their contractor made an appointment with me for the 18th of August 2017. At this stage I had a Telkom connection , Vodacom's cable contractor told me that they have to remove the Telkom cable to install their cable to my house. I was told that I will be without a connection over the weekend but that Vodacom will be back on Monday 22 August 2017 to activate the service. I thought it was fine as it was only over the weekend. On Monday I was phone by Vodacom and told that they will only be at my house on Tuesday 23 August 2017 at 9h00 this appointment was move to 15h00, but never happen. I send a message to Nteba Letsoalo reporting this, I was told he will sort this for me. On Thursday 24 August 2017 I started telling Vodacom they must cancel as they are not delivering. I am working part of the week from home and without a proper connection it made my life difficult. The problem was several times reported to Vodacom( ********** ********** but after all this time they still need to come back to me. I followed up the complaint of bad services with them. I cancelled with them, they are yet to reply to me. On Friday I decided that with my Telkom connection gone and with Vodacom not wanting to help me I need to involve one of the other Fibre companies, well only Metro Fibre was left, I app**** to them for a connection. On Monday Metro Fibre returned to me to tell me that they cant help me because Vodacom never closed their side and it seems that all these Fibre companies are working together. I was given a name of Warren van der Horst who is a Vodacom contractor. I asked him if he can help but it seems all persons involve with Vodacom Fibre doesnt contact customers. I have never expierce bad services like this ever! I am captured in Vodacom bad services and Metro Fibre to afraid to do the right thing. After two weeks I am still without a internet connection....
