Vodacom Fibre hikes prices and speed and gives not a fig whether you want it or not!
Vodacom Fibre decides(for the 3rd time) they are going to unilaterally increase the speed and price of the fibre we currently have - which is already more than sufficient for our needs. And there is no way out? One is caught in this constant price gouging "upgrade" battle. When will this end? When we give notice and look for a service provider that will allow one to choose a package or to stay on the one originally selected? So Vodacom, take a bow, for being so anti-client that you see us as cash ***s with not a voice or thought that matters!

08 Apr 2024, 14:32So you send me a copy of a generic cellphone contract's T+Cs - which I assume you think is the same as a fibre contract? Nonetheless - I should accept you have the right to arbitrarily increase your price but where does it say anything about me REFUSING the unilateral upgrade? Time to start shopping around. Thanks for being so unhelpful!
