Vodacom Fibre has terrible service

Vodacom fiber is pretty much the worst setup for service I have ever come across. Yes they have good prices but the service is shocking. I have been trying to transfer my fiber line for weeks and between full email boxes, running after them to see if they received documents and mixed messages on how to go about it. I just can’t. I think I’ve spoken to seven different people. The last time I called they said someone would contact me that day. It’s now been ten days since I’ve heard from them. It would be so much easier if you could just go into a Vodacom store and get help there but no that’s too easy.
