Vodacom Fibre *****

In June 2018, I dealt with Prem Haripersad from Vodacom Fibre in KZN who checked my area for coverage and signed me up for a 10meg Fibre contract. I received a reference which allowed me to track my order online. When I later checked on the Vodacom website about progress I saw that Vodacom had loaded a 4meg line (not a 10 meg which I had on my contract). I contacted Prem who then told me that there was a mistake and that I must go to Vumatel! How many people didnt bother to check and are paying for a 10meg line when Vodacom are giving them 4meg!? Prem has wasted months of my time, which is unacceptable.

No, this query has not been resolved. Firstly nobody from Vodacom has spoken to me so how you can say "as per discussion, query has been resolved" is beyond me. The fact of the matter is that Vodacom signed me up for a 10MBPS line on 02nd August 2018 and told me it would be fitted in 10 days. Only when I found out you'd loaded a 4MBPS line did everything come to a stop. This tells me that you were prepared to connect me at 4MBPS and charge me for 10MBPS - thats *****!
