Vodacom Fibre

I am being sent from pillar to post I was moving from SADV to Vodacom (Vumatel) I was sent a link to pay and apparently the link was for me to order a new installation. I have called the contact center numerous times and the agents are all giving me different answers an more problems instead of solutions... I paid on the 20th and still not connected and this is affecting my hustling as I use the internet to make a living.... worse service ever
