Vodacom Fibre downtime

I logged a query with my ISP Vodacom on Sunday morning, 24 Jan after my internet went down on Saturday night 23 January 2021. I was advised tat their SLA is 48hrs to attend to a query. Here I am at 12:30 on WEDNESDAY 27 January still without internet. I was advised they had assigned a Frogfoot (infrastructure) technician to assist, who came and assured me as long as the ONT is working 100% the fault with connectivity lies with Vodadom. 2 hours after he has left and me being on the phone with Vodacom, my Internet is still down. This is Day 4 without fibre. I am working from home due to Covid 19 and have to by data to hotspot from my phone from 08:00 to 17:00 to carry on with my work. I have a kid at home who cannot cannot be entertained ss there is no WiFi and he is not allowed to go play outside because of Covid. My TV is wired around fibre and I cannot play it. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. Now I have been told that another Service Request has been opened as all the troubleshooting is not helping. To wait for another 48hrs before Vodacom attends to my SR is not acceptable. I have waited long enough with the 1st query without any resolve. Can someone come out here TODAY please to me please. Moreover I demand compensation for the 3 days downtime I have experiences so far. SR ***
