Vodacom fibre down time loss of business

Vodacom fibre is more down than what is actually works I work from home I've spent more on money on mobile data to keep my business running than what my service fee is for the fibre but if a payment is 1 day late they charge you for it is vodacom going to compensate me for the loss of business as well as the mobile data I purchased the worst part is try calling them to get assistance to figure out if it's a technical issue in there side or on my side the call drops every single time the problem I have is the first check the equipment to see if there is an issue then they check to see if it's a technical issue in the area why don't they do iT the other way around the the pain staking 20 min call can be reduced because obviously if there is an area issue the all the testing and router questions they ask won't be nessary they never even bothered calling me back after the call dropped 3 times last call I eventually put down after holding for over 25min pathetic

Now vodacom says that there has been no down time on my fibre so they cant issue me with a credit after sending me a credit reference number and a consultant investigated that there was in fact down time nothing regarding the R100 they added on to my account for a debit order not going through after ive repeatedly asked for my debit order to be canceled so i can do an eft or pay in a vodashop what a nightmare

My fibre was down for over 3 days

Good day,
We have received the request for your account to be credited as per SR***.
However Vodacom does not compensate for intermittent performance on the fibre line if the line is down for 24 hours or more a credit will be issued.
Please see attached report of the line for the dates in question.
Kind regards Bianca
