Vodacom fibre dont use them no service
My sister recently upgraded her fibre to 40mbs download. Logged a complaint and sent them the speed test one showing 32 mbs and another today 21mbs. It was checked with lan cable and wifi at the router. People I had the same issue and for this reason left Vodacom fibre and went with mweb and got best service with them till today. I am advising her to send back the sealed router and cancel vodacom and take another isp

19 Oct 2023, 14:31Was contacted and still no fixing issue. No matter if on wifi 5g or solid LAN the speed problem remains. For this exact reason I left Vodacom fibre within 6 months snd been with Mweb ever since and No speed issues. They are also cheaper than Vodacom as a bonus
