Vodacom Fibre Dept is Terrible

I have requested Vodacom for a relocation of my Fibre services to a new address on the 07/07/2020. I was informed that I needed to give them 30 days notice before the relocation could take place which I had an issue with since no one informed me when I signed up for a fiber contract. I am working from home and need internet to perform my duties and meetings. If I knew that it was required of me to inform Vodacom 30 days in advance for a relocation I would have done so. I have called on numerous occassion for them to give me timelines as the cost to buy data is too much. A call centre agent suggested that if I cannot wait for 30 days I might as well cancel the contract. Is this how vodacom resolves matters? today they said it might even take further 2 weeks but my account is debit and I have no internet. The worst service and insensitive agents they have. their service is beyond terrible.

Even after 27 days of promises to resolve my query Vodacom has not relocated my services. The call Centre seems to be clueless, don’t understand their system and the guy allocated my account Nkosana Msibi has gone hiding. I was told the installation will be done on the 26, nothing happened. I was told the router will be delivered on 17th and to date nothing has happened. Vodacom Fiber department is beyond *********** and useless.
There’s no means of escalating issues because you are not given managers contacts . I went personally to Vodaworld and was told they cannot help me. Who will help me then?
