Vodacom fibre

Vodacom's service is very poor, they cannot seem to execute something simple, I app**** and signed up for fibre ever since now I have not received my package, when I phone them they keep on promising that I will be delivered with Ram I'm still waiting, what a pathetic service,I would not recommend anyone to this company it's poor ,it has been 2 weeks while waiting ,this process of waiting is draining ....
