Vodacom Fibre

When you move to a new house, you have to give a month's notice. It has to do with the fibre line. No problem. We did that. The problem came after.

After our month's notice expired, we contacted Vodacom. They have put in the wrong new address. We waited a whole week for them to rectify the problem, constantly communicating with their help line. With each call, we get a different answer to our problem.

The second week we were told that we need to buy a new router. After paying for it and calling them to set it up, they tell us that we didn't have to buy it and we need to send it back.

Week three, we heard a ticked has been logged to help us again. We didn't hear anything.

Vodacom is not worth it. There's other better suppliers in South Africa. Don't waste your time or money.

Reviewer Update
Good day,

I was contacted swiftly after the review, which seems like the only way to get proper feedback, mind you, but behold I still have to contact the centre to resolve the matter.

I wonder whether escalations mean anything at Vodacom and their so called activitions' team. Seems like they need to appoint all the personnel in public relations because with the amount of bad reviews Vodacom is receiving on a daily basis, why would you not focus on resolving the actual issues instead of keeping your so called reputable brand?
