Vodacom Fibre Customer Service Useless

Vodacom fibre is down. Vodacom says that my router is a nokia router so nokia has to come out. A technician has been assigned but isnt responsding to anyone's emails so I still cant get my issue resolved. I have called 5 times today and not a single person has called me back with feedback. I am forced to work from the office as I do not have internet access in my own place.
