Vodacom Fibre customer is a joke!!

If I could rate this service a zero, I would. Its a slap in the face to compare companies that have one star service to Vodacom.

On 25 January 2018 I ordered, online the fibre line from Vodacom. Everything went smoothly, chose the line I wanted and order was confirmed. A week later I found out about a special to have interim solution(LTE) free for a month whilst you wait for fibre installations., seemed like good deal. Worst mistake of my life!

The lady who picked up my call, Abongwe confirmed my details and said she would get some one to contact me once the addition to my order had been completed. A week passed and no contact. I called in, got another consultant who told me he could not do anything other than get Abongwe to call me back. Made no sense ,but I agreed to wait. Two days pass, no call. I called in again and the same thing happened, but this time I enquired about cancelling the order and just starting the process from scratch. I was assured dear Abongwe would contact me.

Two weeks after we started this journey, I finally get an email from vodacom asking me to sign a new contract and send through a copy of my ID. Which I did promptly. I got no reply but I assumed everything was fine, I had afterall rep**** with a few minutes of receiving their email.

Later that day I decide to call vodacom fibre to enquire about my new order. Only to find that some idiot had deleted my order. I spoke to a Felicia, fuming asking to speak to a manager. Surprise surprise, all their managers are in a meeting, AS IF. She was however kind enough to put me through to my original consultant Abongwe.

This last part is the reason I'm writing this review. Abongwe then promises to send me a new contract to replace the order. However instead I get a one line email telling me LTE is now out of stock. No apology, no alternatives, not even a glimmer of accountability or care.
