Vodacom Fibre borders on theft

I'm sorry, but after numerous complaints, this level of service is just unacceptable, and borders on theft. If you sign someone into a contract, and then stop delivering the service, but still take the money it equate to THEFT. You take the money, but does not deliver the service/product.

Vodacom signs you up in a two year contract, deliver the service for a couple of months, and when too many clients sign up in the area their data-center cant handle the traffic, as proper provision was never made.

I'm currently on a 100 Mbps fiber line, that will give me anything from 6 Mbps to 30 Mbps after 18:00 in the evening.

Seriously Vodacom, do we have to do your work for you. It does not help to send out an "engineer" during the day - there's nothing wrong with the line - IT IS YOUR BANDWIDTH provision. We call it 'Logic'. People are at work during the day - we need the speeds after work when we use the lines.

Why do you want people to go through the whole ICASA, NCC process before you act?

This was the exact response than last month, the month before, as well as the month before that. And it will be the response next month. It's obviously not working, now is it?
