Vodacom Fibre

Vodacom Fibre is useless. Line was supposed to be active from the 1st of Jan 2025 as confirmed by a consultant on the 15th of Dec 2024. Been calling in every day several times a day from the 1st with no help received. Been told the same thing by several consultants since the 1st of Jan "we will escalate and get back to you" it's been 3 days with no fibre even though I only changed ISP's. My fibre service provider remained the same, funny thing is my service provider even recommended I change ISP's that's how bad and non existent the customer service is. Wouldn't recommend vodacom fibre even if it was free
