Vodacom Fibre - Are you guys serious???

I app**** for fibre installation at my place and got a quotation from Vodacom. After being asked to accept the quatation online I was told the quotation number (which I did not create or input myself) did not exist. I eventually managed to accept the quotation and got an email to say my acceptance has been received and that someone would call me "shortly". After a few days I call the ********** number and was told that my the quotation was waiting for my acceptance. To cut the story short, I ended up accepting the quote 3 times after which I was told someone would get in touch with me for next steps. After waiting a few more days I followed up and was told the issue was escalated. I eventually got an email asking me to set up an installation appointment online, which I have been trying to do for the past couple of hours as I keep getting a very technical error message which means very little to me. I have called the number and have been told the "someone will call you", "escalation" type of standard response that I have now become accustomed to. Vodacom invited me to apply by placing this huge marquee tent things by my complex and now I feel as if I am asking them to do something they have never heard of before. When I do eventually get set up, I dont have very high expectations in terms of the service I will get.
