Vodacom Fibre are USELESS

So About 4 weeks back we were going to move house, I phoned Vodacom to put in a request to transfer my fibre package from the old to the new house. Received no SR number, about a week later a lady called to say that she would keep me posted and since then nothing other than me messaging her, she said Vodacom would give me 100GB free during the transition to make sure I have internet at all times while the transfer happens (still no SR number). Then 2 weeks ago (now in my new house) Ram came twice to deliver a router (I am pressuming that this is for the 100gb data) and both times they refused to deliver the package cause on the box was the right info but on the waybill/invoice was someone in East London, so they refused and took the package back twice without any feedback other than we will contact Vodacom to sort this out, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED, I still don't have a router. Then Vodacom sent me an email to get my address, which you already have which was confirmed by the RAM package almost getting delivered twice. Now 4 weeks later I have had no follow up of when they are going to come and sort out my fibre (my new house has an ONT box but they need to manually install or whatever they do, I still have my Vodacom white router that just needs to be setup, but still nothing. I called Vodacom last week and they couldn't even find a Service request on the system, the ONLY thing they could find was a cancellation order WHICH I NEVER GAVE AND HAD TO HAVE CANCELLED!! The level of service I get from Vodacom is pathetic, I could get better more organised service from a 2 year old, seriously you are suppose to be this massive company but every single time I need to get service you guys are useless!!!! Please fix my fibre before I finally loose interest and get another ISP because seriously you guys are USELESS! Level 7 can give me a 20/20 line for R800, only R50 more than I pay at Vodacom. So seriously this issue has persisted long enough!
