Vodacom Fibre application

After completing a fibre application on the 1st of December I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from vodacom, from its store all the way to its contact centre.

After a week we finally received 'the interim solution'. This was after numerous calls and visits to the Blue route mall store. I spoke to Ishqor, the store manager Ebrahim and many other staff members trying to get the interim solution delivered. Once delivered we weren't notified that the Sim needs to be activated and that it takes 3 hours! The following day after contacting the call centre it was still not activated and spent another 40 mins on a call trouble shooting with an outsourced call centre agent. Finally the interim solution was working.

I've since called the call centre 3 times to simply find out what my data balance is. Noone can help me again. I cannot even be provided with the data sim mobile number to get the information on the app. An escalation needs to be sent to just find out what my balance is?

I was also told by the call centre that it would take 6 months for Frogfoot to bring the cables into my home when it's already been laid?

As a new vodacom customer I was expecting more from the 'leaders' Staff in store are slow and don't communicate. The call centre is unprofessional, agents are loud and have no way of talking to customers.

Day 14, still no Fibre and still no balance update.

I would not recommend going this route

I'm shocked and very disappointed in the service I have received. I will not be recommending vodacom.
