Vodacom Fibre always offline

Vodacom fibre is the most useless service provider. They are more offline than online. I would never recommend Vodacom. Their call centre service is non the better. When you log a call they never action it. You will have to continously follow up. Zaid had told me he is downloading a configuration and will call me 20 mins later to check and 4 hours later he never called
