Vodacom fibre activation is pathetic

Vodacom fibre is by far the worst isp that I have ever used. My fiber is installed but 3 days later I am still waiting for activation. I have logged a SR. It has been escalated multiple times but no result.

Just how difficult is it to activate a router?
