Vodacom Fibre - absolute waste of time if you looking for service

We recently relocated to Port Elizabeth on 3rd Aug 2020 and contacted Vodacom Fibre to request that a relocation be done (6th Aug) and spoke to Mothlali who in turn advised that she will arrange a technician to come out the following day. I was on hold for most of the call which lasted 40min and then cut. no call back received. I then called and spoke to Nicole the following day, who tried assisting and said that she would definitely call me back by 10am that same morning with feedback..... no call back received. I once again called and spoke to Dillon, and was advised that I need to complete a relocation form and that it would in turn take 3 - 4 wks to be done. I then requested to speak to a manager for the first time (7th August). The relocation form was completed and sent back to both Dillon and the relocation dept in hope that we can get this resolved. One week passed, I then contacted them again, and got told that because I didn't put in a reference number in the subject line, my case was closed by Belinda Sampson. I then requested that Belinda contact me, and guess what.... no call back received from her, nor her manager once again. Eventually, I get hold of Belinda via email after attempting to call the Fibre dept a few times (seems like they answer calls, put the customer on mute so that it seems like there is no connection and then wait for the customer to hang up. One of the consultants even forgot to press the mute button and I listened to here almost 7 min private call while I was on the other line) My last correspondence with Belinda Sampson was on 20.08 where she "escalated this to a manager" and requested that my relocation be expedited and that the manager will contact me. Suprise Suprise, 5 days later and no manager has contacted me. I spoke to Jason on 24.08, and he eventually gave me Imraan Abdullah (supervisor) and Cameron Subramoney's (Manager) names. Apparently they are the management team responsible for the fibre dept, doesn't seem like they exist to be honest. Lets see if Vodacom is actually concerned about their aftersales once this experience is published?

Reviewer Update
Dear Vodacom, After it took 2 months to establish that Fibre is not available in my area, and the previous interactions that I have had with you, not to mention the customer survey (where i rated you 0 and wrote a long explanation with nobody coming back to me once again), I find myself in a situation that I now need to resort to hellopeter.com. My service was supposed to be disconnected, and credited which I have confirmation in writing from you. I have sent 5 emails requesting that this be done with absolutely no response from you. What more do I need to do to get your attention? I need somebody, if there are any people in your customer care dept, to contact me and make sure that the last invoice dating back to Sept last yr be credited and cancelled as per the email confirmation I have received. I have since received an invoice each month, and each tie it is received I send an email requesting for this to be done. Suprise suprise, another invoice received this morning!!!
