Vodacom Fibre ****

One of the worsed Fibre deals I have come across, last year I took up a deal fibre special which vodacom had, which was a Fibre installation and it came with lte ****le which they advertised as free, for the time it took to install the Fibre, Vodacom never pitched, to install I made several calls with this regard they never came, to my surprise and shock vodacom billed me for the usage of the lte 10mbps for R599 the price of the Fibre, I called the customer care without delayed they promised to fix the situation and even offered a reduced contract and a voucher, all those things never came in to fruition, now they have send my account to defaulters and debt collectors.
