Vodacom Fibre

Good Day Vodacom fibre down in Drakensberg street Elandsrand Brits , my current ISP have asked more then once with photos as proof of cut fibre to be repaired for over a month now , and still Vodacom have not communicated when they will fix the Fibre can Vodacom please resolve this as a matter of urgency.

Today exactly a week since my complaint and still fibre cut not fixed , today as per your communication that you send privately a technician will be dispatch 22 May 2024 at 4 Pm guess what nobody arrived or contacted me.
