Vodacom Fibre

I signed up for Vodacom Fibre February 2020 with the assurance only when fibre has been installed and it was activated they will start billing me. Covid happend and all was postponed till September/October. All of a sudden an amount of R 7686.23 was debited from my account (was returned as unpaid) and that was the first correspondence or contact from Vodacom Fibre since February. We contacted Vodacom Fibre and was informed I was billed from February till now for the fibre (internet usage). One service agent only saw the December invoice when we phoned and another said we are not the only ones that were complaining?? We even emailed their legal department with no response. We had no service or usage till end of October when it was activated and been using it for a month now only. Now I get sms's informing me they are going to disconnect the service if the full amount is not paid?? How can you ask money if there was no service or fibre till just recently?? And why not email or call if Vodacom Fibre noticed a problem?? This is ********* an no way to do business.

With this in mind I would like the unused services invoice to be reversed and only used to be billed.
