Vodacom Fibre
Due to lockdown my younger brother (in secondary school) needs to attend online classes and me as well (3rd year civil engineering).
On the 16th of April I ordered Vodacom Fibre (after doing recearch that the area i lived in are available for Vodacom fibre) they called me the same day explaining the further steps and how to upload documents(ID, bank statement etc.)
I upload the documents the next day and so the waiting started and spend so many hours calling the customer service on *** to find out what is happening with my order. On the 7th of May I finally got an email from them(20 days after the first email from Vodacom) saying my documents has been declined. I called again and they say the whole time they can't see why my documents have been declined. Also the one assistant gave her/his email for me on the 11th of May said I need to send my documents to the email and she/he will try to upload it. I am still waiting for the assistants response and how long will I wait for the response?
The moral of this review is we still don't have our Fibre and me and my brother can't attend our online classes and my father(that's going to be the account holder) are +- 18 years a customer of Vodacom Mobile and said this is the worst service from Vodacom.
What service is this!!! Fast too call you when ordering but the after service is the worst.
This is tough times with the lockdown but don't give just fast service when ordering the fibre during lockdown and can't help your clients the rest of the time.
