Vodacom fibre

Once again i am totally disappointed with vodacom. What nonsense is this? As per my last email i asked them to simplify the statement they sent me and they told me the credit i had will be offset against my april bill only for vodacom to deduct R1942.79 this month. Like seriously when is this back and forth going to end? Another overcharge and another long battle for it to be rectified? I am cancelling my service with them .
