Vodacom fibre

I had a fibre, month-on-month contract with Vodacom. I gave notice for its termination, which matured on the 19th August 2018 (*** ********** 78). (Vodacom had bundled my telephone and fibre data accounts despite repeated requests to unbundle them . I would pay for fibre before the 15th, of each month. Then on the 15th there was a stop order for the cellphone bill. However, there were times when Vodacom would subtract money for both fibre and the cellphone, on the 15th, despite my having paid for fibre before the 15th. They would then refuse to refund my money despite my request. If I reversed the transaction and paid them that which was genuinely theirs, Vodacom would claim that reversal put me in earlier, and thus charge me R100. I got tired of that mistreatment and terminated the contract. I also did not receive service for the last 19 days, despite paying R370 a pro rata amount for those days. When I called Vodacom fibre; ********** , I was told I was in earlier.

Since termination of contract (19th August 2018) Vodacom has held on to my line, denying any other service provide to provide me data, and hence negating competition from small operators. Any attempt to migrate the line to another ISP continues to yield the following response " Not feasible. Other operator active" B ********** 41. This means that Vodacom is still holding on to the fibre line till this date 12th March 2019, as at 11:00:13

I want Vodacom to release that Openserve fibre line, into the Openserve Staging (Holding) pool, so that some other competitors/ISP may provide me service.

I tried many a times to contact Vodacom fibre, but to no avail. Firstly they frustrate one's endeavours by not allocating a complaint to a single handler. Every call is handle by another attendant, hence narrating the story over and over again. Attempts to reach them using vodacom cellphone customer centres was equally not fruitful. Vodacom's fibre wing has no walk-in centre to address petitions. it is a faceless step up. From the time you see them on the streets marketing, you never see them again. They may then convert a month-on-month contract into a 24 month one, when they bundle the fibre account with a cellphone one.

Any attempt to hell solve this bullying misconduct will be highly appreciated.
