VODACOM FIBRE

This is the second complaint that I am logging and STILL NO HELP FROM VODACOM.

This is absolutely pathetic customer service. I spoke to a guy by the name of Ashley from Hello Peter/Vodacom. He said he would get back to me within 24hours and still. I try calling the number he called me on and to my surprise it’s an automated voice recording that just keeps sending me in circles.

JUST CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS. How long does it take to fix an installation issue with a Fibre line? It takes Vodacom MONTHS!!

I don’t recommend Vodacom to anyone looking to apply for Fibre. Their R99.90 deal is absolute bull****.
