Vodacom Fibre

My peeps, if ever you are looking to install fibre in your home. I can not stress this enough. DONT GO WITH VODACOM. You will be stuck for days without internet and be misled the whole time. Their customer service is so disorganized that they don't even communicate the lies they tell you to their colleague so that they line up on what they tell you. One day it'll be 200 people affected by an outage and you're one of them, the next it's just you and they will get someone else to contact you about sending someone else to resolve the issue. I don't usually complain but if you check out their other reviews you'll see for yourself what I mean. If Vodacom is your only option, I suggest living prehistorically and indulging in a cave painting or rock collecting instead.
