Vodacom fiber...dont use...it is despicable service

Ordered vodacom fiber...installed in a week with vumatel...after 10 calls over 2 months no wifi no return calls 3 service requests logged...finally cancelled the service and again 10 calls in the last two weeks with promises of addressing the issue ... today spent 2 hours on hold to have the call dropped again and again...the service and people in the call centre are unproffessional...dont use them ... they make it impossible to utilse a service othe companies so easily provide...useless and throughly frustrating...use anyone else...last service requestVodacom: Vodacom: Service request SR180 ********** 61 update NoReply(2-GUSTUH).
