Vodacom fiber the worst

Vodacom has the worst service ever. My vodacom Fiber line just got disconnected on Saturday 25th March and it’s been 5 days since it’s been off. The explanation I get is that there is configurations that needs to be sent to my router which even now, those configurations haven’t been sent. I have called several times, have several service request but even now I am not assisted. I am considering asking our whole estate to change vodacom as a service provider as they always give us bad service every time we have issues
